"SaY" it with a picture: A message of Hope

By Pranaaya Jhaveri, Dhirubhai Ambani International School

About Pranaaya

My name is Pranaaya Jhaveri, I’m 14 and i go to Dhirubhai Ambani International School. Art is something i have been passionate about for as long as i can remember. I like to say it’s what i was born to do. It is very personal to me and defines who i am as an individual. It has taught me discipline, patience and thankfulness. I have been fortunate enough to travel around the world and capture unforgettable memories through my mind’s eye. So through these artworks, i am paying homage to my favourite travel destination- South Africa- the land of savannahs, wildlife and rich culture. I hope to bring a piece of my travels to you through my artwork.

Spin A Yarn India is inviting everyone to share their experiences during this #CoronaVirus crisis, through the power of the spoken word. We want to hear your voices talking about how you are feeling, how daily life has changed, and what you are doing that brings joy, comfort, courage, solace–and hope. We are collecting recordings from people all over the world, and making it part of our podcast, Stories from India and around the World (http://bit.ly/33rnODh). Looking forward to hearing your story. https://www.spinayarnindiamagazine.com/post/say-it-with-a-story-a-message-of-hope #stories #voice #crisis #covid19 #emotional #wellbeing #hope #courage
